Stage 1 (Weeks 1-2)

The first step is to cleanse your body with a personalized diet plan. We’ll get your body used to nourishing foods as the foundation for a deeper cleanse.
During your consultation, we will assess your current diet, explain any necessary protocols, and provide you with a customized meal plan. We’ll ensure you’re taking the right diet and supplements before starting the detox.
You will receive a mineral drink and detox tester supplements to prepare your body for the cleansing process.

Stage 2 (Weeks 3-5)

The detox begins with a mineral drink, which should be taken every morning for 3 weeks on an empty stomach.
Important: Avoid using metal spoons or allowing the mineral drink to come into contact with metal. Only use wooden or plastic spoons to preserve the drink’s effectiveness.
This natural mineral drink gently detoxifies the body, including the blood and brain. It safely removes metals, so it’s important to avoid metal contact to prevent it from extracting metals from the utensils.
In the first 3 days, you may experience headaches and flu-like symptoms as your body detoxifies harmful metals like mercury, aluminum, lead, and cadmium. These symptoms indicate where metal buildup has occurred. We recommend resting as much as possible during this phase and drinking 2-3 liters of water daily to help flush out the toxins.

Stage 3 (Weeks 6-8)
